New NHS Complaints Advocacy Service launching in Newcastle

We’re excited to announce that Your Voice Counts will be expanding our NHS Complaints Advocacy Service to Newcastle from 1 October 2024. This service has already been successfully running in Gateshead, helping many people navigate the sometimes complex NHS complaints process. Now, we’re thrilled to bring the same support to individuals in Newcastle.


Our NHS Complaints Advocacy Service provides free, confidential, and independent support to anyone who needs help making a complaint about NHS services. Whether it’s issues with care, treatment or communication, our trained advocates are here to guide people through the process, explain their rights, and ensure their concerns are heard.


We know how important it is for people to feel empowered and supported when they face difficult challenges within healthcare. With the launch of this service in Newcastle, we aim to make sure even more individuals have access to the help they need to have their voices heard.
