Learning more about Ramadan
People at some of our recent face to face sessions have been learning more about Ramadan from our Involvement Worker Nafisa Hussain.
During the month of Ramadan, Muslims all over the world observe a fast between sunrise and sunset, helping people to appreciate the things they have and learn to show empathy towards those less fortunate. The groups enjoyed learning about the rituals and customs of Ramadan and even took part in a gratitude tree exercise to help them think about the things they’re grateful for in their lives.
