We are looking for a Head of HR and Executive Assistant to join our team.

Head of HR

As the size of our organization has increased in recent years so have our ambitions to create a great working environment for our staff. We think that now is the right moment for us to appoint a Head of HR to take a lead on all aspects of our people strategy.

We are looking for someone who has the vision to drive forward our people strategy and culture so our staff are best placed to deliver much needed services to our growing client base.

As the size of our organization has grown so have the number of our staff and the complexity of our HR needs so we are also looking for a Head of HR who is happy to roll up their sleeves and deliver operationally on all aspects of HR compliance and provide expert and proactive support to the executive team and operational managers on the whole range of people issues.

£38,588 - £44,100 per annum (pro rata)
Part time (15 hours per week)

Executive Assistant

As the size of our organisation has increased so have our ambitions to create a sector-leading governance structure. We think that now is the right moment for us to appoint an Executive Assistant to keep the work of our Board and CEO on track.

YVC has an innovative approach to governance. Underpinning everything we do is a belief that people with lived experience of services are best placed to design the solutions that meet their needs. This extends to our Board where we have a number of people who have used our services, including people with learning disabilities, as active members of the Board.

£25,000 - £30,000 per annum (pro rata)
Part time (15 hours per week)
